A Candle for the East

As the pictures roll in from Hurricane Sandy and the enormity of the storm, I am deeply saddened at the loss of life and homes.  There is nothing I can say about the storm, that has not been covered in the vast news reports. I am lighting a candle tonight for all those affected.   My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Thank you so much Daphne for your thoughts and prayers for those affected. I know they sincerely appreciate it!

Donna I am flooded with relief hearing from you! I wish I could give you a huge hug but a virtual one will have to do!!! I knew you guys would weather just fine as you were so prepared but I still couldn't wait to hear from you!

This storm brought so much devastation and sadness. Also so much bravery and I look forward to all the stories that will emerge of people being so good and courageous helping others. Wishing you both a wonderful day :)
